In Dubai, Kantar-owned AMRB has opened a Stakeholder Research Practice, which will provide a range of consulting products and services to help clients manage their customer and employee loyalty programs.AMRB is a member of the Walker Information Global Network (WIGN), a network of companies that specialize in measuring and managing stakeholder loyalty. The new division will focus on stakeholder loyalty measurement, along with employee engagement, corporate reputation assessment, and loyalty among vendors, channels and trade partners.
In advance of the official practice launch last month, AMRB appointed former IMRB Insights Director Aarefa Kukshiwala.
According to AMRB's General Manager Gagan Bhalla (pictured): 'Markets in the MENA region are evolving and becoming more competitive and hence there is a clear need for stakeholder research. Our offering, which is based on best in class products from Walker Information, comprises a variety of products such as customer relationship assessment, customer transaction assessment, employee relationship assessment, and mystery shopping studies.'
