Swedish eye tracking solutions firm MRC international has appointed former Neurofocus SVP Jeff Bander as SVP of Client Services, to head the firm's newly opened New York City office.
MRC is the developer of EyeTrackShop - a large scale eye tracking solution for webcams - which it created in partnership with fellow Swedish eye tracking firm Tobii Technology. The solution enables users to carry out studies on several markets in different countries at the same time, and receive rapid information about how their advertising works globally.
Bander (pictured) joins with a background in neuromarketing and biometric market research, with a focus on helping companies use neurological practices to increase ROI.
Most recently, he served as SVP of Client Services at NeuroFocus, responsible for leading the firm's revenue growth. Before this, he was Head of Sales at Hollywood Media Corporation and WorldNow, and served as a Senior Sales Executive at Cox Interactive and the BellSouth Advertising & Publishing Corporation.
While heading MRC's New York office, Bander will build and manage a domestic sales team for the US.
'We're thrilled to present MRC International in the United States, and through Jeff's vision and leadership, we're looking forward to success paralleled to what has been achieved in Europe,' states Mathias Plank, the firm's founder and CEO.
