MR outsourcing firm Ugam is planning to increase its workforce in India by 30% in the next year, with the majority of new hires at its operation at Saravanampatty, in Coimbatore in Southern India.Founded in 2000, Ugam serves global clients via a team of 1,000 plus based in the USA, UK and India.
The firm's broad range of services includes multi-country and domestic project management, data collection, tabs and analysis, competitive intelligence solutions and predictive analytics.
'We plan to add around 350 employees by the end of this year,' confirms CEO Sunil Mirani. 'The increase in our operational staff is to provide efficient service to our clients across the globe. Coimbatore is a good location with many educational institutions, diverse skill-sets and low attrition; as such, we think it's the best place for growing our workforce.'
