US-based survey and panel management software firm Kinesis Survey Technologies has expanded its London office with the addition of customer and technical support functions for clients based in Europe; and appointed Paolo Marini to head them up.Headquartered in Austin, TX, Kinesis develops survey and panel management software for all modes of interviewing, including web and mobile platforms. The firm opened a European base in London in January, and the new customer support department will provide technical and sales support for its software suite, as well as survey programming and hosting services.
Marini (pictured) worked previously for companies such as IBM Lotus and Cognos in various software development support and sales roles.
'Kinesis is expanding its European presence very rapidly, and this success required localised customer support services to be available for our clients,' explained Tariq Mirza, MD of Europe. 'Additionally, the new department offers a knowledgeable and dedicated staff that is fluent in multiple languages.'
