In London, Synovate has brought together a team of methodologists to investigate the value of non-verbal response techniques, and apply their findings to custom research projects. The group of researchers from the US, South Africa and China is led by Massimo De Benedittis (pictured), MD of Synovate in Italy.
The global group says it has already invested in the neuroscience R&D program of which this forms a part, and fielded numerous studies that look at the value of non-verbal techniques.
Ged Parton, CEO of Capabilities for Synovate, says that the findings will help clients improve decisions about the best ways to conduct their research projects. He adds: 'Massimo is the ideal candidate to lead this initiative. He is a highly skilled practitioner with methodological knowledge spanning most client requirements. His appreciation of the landscape of research techniques also gives him a unique perspective in identifying opportunities for these new techniques and technologies.'
