European online market research agency MetrixLab has appointed former Millward Brown leaders Graham Kerr and Michelle de Montigny as consultants in its US operation in New York.MetrixLab specializes in online and cross-media campaign tracking, advertising pre-testing, online concept, prototype and pack testing, global consumer communities, web site user testing and customer and employee satisfaction research. The firm has 140 employees based in Rotterdam, New York, London, Paris, Hamburg and Madrid, and has plans to open in Asia and Latin America later this year.
Kerr joins from Gray Dawg Consulting, a firm he founded to provide brand and communications insights and analytics, as well as coaching and training. For the prior 22 years, he served as EVP at Millward Brown North America, where he was in charge of Solutions; overseeing new and existing product development.
Most recently, de Montigny also worked at Gray Dawg as a Consultant, before which, she was Head of Millward Brown's Media Practice, and EVP at Kantar Media Research with responsibility for the Americas.
