In Singapore, former Fox Networks VP Matthew Harty has joined Omnicom Media Group (OMG) to head its real-time data and analytics arm, Accuen.A part of OMG's Annalect Group, Accuen is a digital media acquisition platform that manages data analysis and media buying across social networks such as Facebook, or on Google search.
The firm uses non-personal information about users and their behavior online to identify potential audiences for its advertising clients.
Harty joins from Fox Networks, where for the last two years he served as VP Asia Pacific. Prior to this, he was MD of Oriented Media, MD of online publisher Activ8Worldwide, and VP Asia/Australia for Engage Inc. Earlier in his career, he co-founded online ad network SpaceAsia Media (which was sold to Engage Inc in 2000).
In his new role as General Manager Accuen Asia Pacific, he will manage a team of 15 staff.
