WPP social media specialist Kantar Media Cymfony has introduced the first of a series of syndicated solutions, focusing on the automotive sector.Cymfony Insights: Automotive allows clients to break down and analyze the trends and sentiments surrounding more than 150 global auto brands, via a dashboard built on the firm's Maestro social media listening platform. Users can also drill down to view individual conversations.
Cymfony President Richard Pasewark says the dashboards provide ongoing 'rigorous' analysis of the market and complement the firm's custom offerings. 'By capturing holistic segment overviews and trends as well as detailed views into consumer conversation on the social web, our automotive dashboards provide clients with unique insights into what motivates buyers in multiple categories, markets, languages, and regions.'
Studies for Compacts/Sub-compacts and Electrics/Hybrids are available now, with other categories to follow shortly.
