US audience analytics firm Aggregate Knowledge (AK) has named former Adobe exec Douglas Grounds as Senior Vice President, Customer Success, heading a team responsible for managing relationships with customers of the AK Media Intelligence Platform.Grounds joins from Adobe, where he served as VP of the worldwide sales engineering organization, spanning all the company's product lines. Prior to this, he held senior sales engineering roles at web analytics firms Omniture (later acquired by Adobe), and at Coremetrics (later acquired by IBM).
In his new role, Grounds will head the customer success team, and provide AK Media Intelligence Platform clients with on-going support including implementation, campaign design, technical set-up and campaign analytics.
