SPA Future Thinking's Research & Innovations Director Chris Handford has left to set up a digital research consultancy called Resound Digital.
The new firm, whose doors open in January, will offer full service research to support the creation, development and marketing of digital products, sites and apps for online, TV, and mobile devices.
Commenting on the launch, Handford said: 'At Resound Digital we're bringing together market and user experience research to deliver a connected view of digital markets and users. We've developed a suite of creative online and mobile solutions that engage users and reflect the dynamic research needs of businesses that develop and market digital products.'
Handford has more than fourteen years' research experience, twelve of which have focused on the online, digital media and convergent technology sectors. He joined SPA Future Thinking in 2007, prior to which he served as Senior Manager (Research) at BT Vision, and European Research Manager at Opodo. Earlier, he worked agencyside at Redsherrif/NetRatings, Research International and MORI.
