WPP-owned international communications consultancy Hill+Knowlton Strategies has launched a new unit called Research+Data Insights (R+D Insights), offering both data analytics and primary research.
H+K Strategies is headquartered in New York, with 83 offices in 44 countries, as well as an extensive associate network. In addition to offering the group's messaging, communications and reputation research, R+D Insights will provide social media analysis and analytical insights.
Based in the New York office, the new division will consist of twelve research centres around the world, and be chaired by the group's Global Vice Chairman Peter Zandan. In addition, David Iannelli (pictured) will oversee global research, while Michael Lustinawill oversees US research as well as the group's global operations.
Global Chairman & CEO Jack Martin says the group understands that 'research and measurement are fundamental to everything we do, and that every assignment should be driven by and founded on research'. He adds: 'The R+D Insights organization will be critical in helping our clients navigate their way through an increasingly challenging public environment.'
