US market research consultancy RDA Group has reported a 16% increase in revenue to $17.5m for 2011.Established in 1969 and headquartered in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, RDA Group conducts product research, customer satisfaction and tracking studies.
President Don Pietrowski says the increase in 2011 revenue was driven by strong performance from the firm's automotive, commercial vehicle and public utilities business units, all of which reported double-digit growth.
Additionally, Pietrowski says that revenues were bolstered by sales of the firm's new 'Quality Connections Feedback System' (QCFS), a platform which enables auto manufacturers to track initial and long term vehicle quality in all the major international markets.
Commenting on the company's financial performance, Pietrowski adds: 'To achieve this type of growth in these difficult financial times is a testament to the strength of our people and the premium we place on exceeding our clients' expectations.'
