UK-based eDigitalResearch has launched a service called the HUB Text Analysis solution, which sifts unstructured comments published online.Developed by the firm's in-house technical and insight teams, the new solution combines research expertise with proprietary technology which automatically codes responses in real-time to enable clients to analyse customer comments.
The solution is integrated into eDigital's research and reporting HUB portal, and all data is available for immediate analysis.
