Stakeholder and employee engagement specialist Dawn Smith has been appointed Research Director at Bristol-based customer insight and brand strategy consultancy 100%Cotton.Launched in 2007 by FMCG marketer Jonathan Salisbury and former TRBI Director Emma Partridge, the firm offers a combination of commercial thinking; qual, quant and desk research; and customer insight, for clients including retailers, brands and public agencies.
Smith joins from Ipsos MORI, where for nearly seven years she served as Research Director - Employee Relationship Management, developing and leading UK and global employee insight programmes for major private and public sector organisations. Prior to this, she was a Consultant in the Employee Research Division at ORC International, and Qualitative Associate Director at Hauck Research.
