Marketing technology and services firm Acxiom has appointed online media specialist Christian Peck as Vice President and Managing Director for its UK arm, with responsibility for product, sales, delivery and all operations across the country.Acxiom combines consumer data and analytics, databases, data integration and consulting solutions for personalized, multichannel marketing. The company also offers a suite of products to provide customer segment data based on lifestyle and intent to purchase profiles, as well as analytics and predictive modelling services.
Peck (pictured) was previously MD at ad pepper media, prior to which he served as VP Business Operations, Technology and Products at AOL Europe, managing a team of more than 700 associates. Earlier, he held leadership roles with Microsoft, ZenithOptimedia and WWAV RAPP.
In his new role, Peck will report to Acxiom Chief Revenue Officer Nada Stirratt, who comments: 'Christian's appointment brings fresh thinking and digital perspective to our operations in the United Kingdom. His deep online media experience and strong relationships in the region will help advance our client-centric focus and product innovation, which are key drivers for our global growth strategy.'
