UK-based insight agency Clarite Research has launched a tool which uses virtual 'Post-It' notes to enable respondents to provide feedback on any form of online communication. The new Clarite Mass-Qual tool taps into an online panel of respondents, who evaluate a range of online marketing communications and concept collateral through the firm's patent-pending STIKKY technology. This enables panellists to attach virtual comments to all types of online communications such as product guides, leaflets, web pages, client letters and videos.
The tool can be deployed at the pre- and post-testing stage of any type of uploadable communication material, and its quant capability allows clients to benchmark either the communication as a whole, or specific aspects of it.
Director Jeremy Braune comments: 'Whether the client wants to research the clarity and impact of a new direct marketing campaign a TV ad or a web site for example, our tool can do this quickly, without a lot of hassle and more cost effectively than traditional qualitative research techniques.'
