UK field agency Face Facts Research has re-located to larger premises in Leeds, where it has appointed former Quaestor field exec Julie Gaughan as Operations Manager.Face Facts offers a range of field services including postal, telephone, face-to-face and online. The firm's third relocation in the last year takes it to Chapel Allerton, Leeds and will help it to accommodate what it describes as a 'flurry' of new recruits.
Gaughan (pictured) joins with nearly 21 years' market research experience and will drive the streamlining of the firm's operations and processes. She initially spent more than seventeen years at Quaestor Research, where she helped establish the firm's first CATI centre, and managed the external field force and internal field and CATI teams. After Quaestor was acquired by Optimisa Research in 2007, Gaughan moved across to the role of Senior Project Manager, working on qual and quant initiatives, and managing a 1500-strong team of regional interviewers, 20 regional managers and an internal team of eight.
