US-based MR and analytics provider in4mation insights has appointed five new members of staff, including shopper specialist Susan Bertenthal and former Nielsen exec Jonathan Poeder.The firm, which now has 24 employees, specializes in consumer research, analytics and modeling to support studies of pricing, marketing ROI, NPD and segmentation.
Bertenthal takes the role of Senior Director, Practice Lead, Category Management & Insights. She joins from wine importer W.J. Deutsch & Sons, where she most recently served as Director of Strategic Insights and previously as Director of Shopper Insights and Director of Category Management & Business Analysis. Before this, she held senior roles at Nielsen and IRI.
Before joining as Director of Marketing Science, Poeder (pictured) worked for Nielsen as Senior Research & Development Project Analyst, during which time he was the principal architect of the firm's Syndicated Forecasting System and Early Warning System, on which he has two US patents pending.
Additionally, in4mation insights has hired graduates Tianjiao Han and Scott Layton as Analysts, and Ryan Griffin as a Software Engineer.
