Digital research agency MobileMeasure Consultancy has expanded to Singapore through a partnership with Anila Shrivastava, the founder of eye tracking and semiotics specialist idStats.Founded in 2009, Shanghai-based MobileMeasure (MM) provides a full range of qual and quant methods for shopper and customer satisfaction studies relating to mobile phone usage. idStats offers field and tab services; a panel of experts in areas including analytics and semiotics; and research services including biometric solutions, trend spotting and brand mapping.
Shrivastava set up idStats a year ago, prior to which she held senior positions with agencies TNS India, ACNielsen, and IMRB International, as well as with convenience store network Reliance Fresh. The addition of idStat's eye tracking and semiotic solutions will, she believes, enable the partners to offer clients 'unique multifaceted solutions'.
Navin Williams, CEO and founder of MM, states: 'Anila is a fantastic addition to our team and as a dedicated innovative researcher will help us grow faster in the region. Clients will benefit tremendously from her experience and her leading MM's APAC servicing hub in Singapore.'
