Insight Narrator Opens to 'Unlock the Story'

In the UK, former Ipsos director Caroline Florence has launched her own insights communications agency called Insight Narrator, which she says will focus on helping clients 'unlock the story' concealed in their research results.

Caroline FlorenceFlorence (pictured) was previously a Senior Director at Ipsos Loyalty, prior to which, she worked for Synovate as Head of Client Services in Perth, Australia. Earlier in her career, she served as Head of Insight and Head of Market and Competitor Intelligence at Royal Mail, and she held client-side positions at Masterfoods and Bass Leisure Retail.

Her new company, which offers consultancy, facilitation and training services to agency and client-side teams, launches with UNLOCK THE STORY, a workshop designed to 'transform insight propositions into compelling narratives'. The firm also offers a 'train the narrator' programme, to help insights professionals embed principles from the workshop into their own teams.

Florence comments: 'There are a lot of fantastic insights created by our industry that are wasted because they do not cut through to decision makers and teams that influence business performance. Commercial storytelling is all about keeping sight of the commercial imperative in order to deliver tangible results and improve the return on insight investment.'
