European online specialist InSites Consulting has set up a new firm called B-Conversational, which will provide 'conversation management' coaching services for clients involved in initiatives such as consumer collaboration, online communities, and social media listening.The spin-off will be led by InSites Consulting former Manager Steven Van Belleghem (pictured), who is the author of two books on conversation management: 'The Conversation Manager' and 'The Conversation Company'.
InSites Consulting says that following the success of this conversation management range of ideas, it began to receive client requests to help implement the thinking embedded in Van Belleghem's books. This demand has now led to the launch of B-Conversational.
Commenting on the initiative, Van Belleghem says: 'Given the market demand, there is a strong business case to set up a stand-alone business unit to focus specifically on this new area. Through B-Conversational, we will deliver a base to focus modern business on conversation management.'
Working alongside the new company in which it is a shareholder, InSites Consulting will continue to use a wide variety of research methods with a focus on facilitating collaboration between consumers and companies.
