Edelman Berland, PR giant Edelman's newly-named research and analytics business, has hired media intelligence exec Ben Schneider to lead its UK Media Measurement and Analytics team.
The company was formed earlier this month through the appointment of polling specialist Michael Berland as CEO, and the integration of Edelman's existing research firm StrategyOne. Edelman Berland offers strategic insights and measurements for PR and public affairs professionals, while working with the group's more than 65 offices around the globe to ensure that research and analysis are at the core of all client work.
Schneider (pictured) joins from Report International, where he served as Director of Strategy and Business Development. Prior to this, he held senior analyst roles at Dow Jones, Cision, and CARMA International.
In his newly created role, Schneider reports to former ICM Board Director James Turner, who was recently appointed as StrategyOne's UK MD.
