Panel and research software firm GMI has launched a tool which it says enables surveys to be deployed across all platforms and devices with the same look and feel.GMI says that eliminating 'older' technologies, such as Flash, and developing HTML5-based surveys and a proprietary questionnaire library, the new tool ensures a consistent layout and format regardless of the device used to access the survey.
Martin Filz (pictured), the company's MD for EMEA, comments: 'This new tool is a significant breakthrough in our efforts to maintain the highest quality script and host research solutions. Giving respondents the ability to take surveys on the device of their choice not only helps us to provide even higher quality data to our clients, but it will enable us to more effectively reach hard-to-reach audiences which will benefit tracking studies as well as a range of other projects.'
