US firm Compass Labs has launched a tool called CLIQ Social Intelligence, offering clients a new way to measure their presence and performance on Facebook and Twitter.Founded in 2009 and based in San Jose, CA, Compass Labs develops artificial intelligence and predictive analytics software to help companies extract insight from social media content. CLIQ Social Intelligence provides information on customer interests and media preferences, trends in awareness and engagement, and competitor tracking.
The new tool is intended to complements Compass' flagship offering CLIQ Ads Manager, which uses natural language processing and artificial intelligence technologies to deliver targeted ads based on users' social media behaviour.
