In Canada, panel and research technology specialist Vision Critical and research-based marketing consultancy Academica Group have teamed up to launch a new panel called StudentVu, which offers clients access to the opinions of university and college students.Academica, which focuses exclusively on the higher education sector, recruited thousands of post-secondary students for the new panel, which uses Vision Critical's Community Panel management software.
Rob Berger, MD of Market Panels at Vision Critical, says the new offering enables companies to obtain a 'true understanding' of the consumer needs of post-secondary students. Academica Group President Rod Skinkle adds: 'The new panel captures what's top of mind for today's youth and most importantly, looks to gain insight from the next wave of highly educated consumers and key influencers in Canada.'
