In Australia, former GfK Blue Moon execs Claire Duffy and Craig Smith have set up a new qualitative market and social research agency called Snapcracker Research + Strategy, in Willoughby, north of Sydney.GfK Blue Moon specialises in brand positioning, product development, ad, price and packaging research. Duffy worked at the firm for more than a decade, most recently as Director of Qualitative Research, while Smith spent just under three years there after time in senior research positions at 2CV and the Department of Health & Ageing.
The new agency will focus on qualitative work, but will also offer access to a network of qual and quant partners.
