In the US, social media monitoring and analytics firm Crimson Hexagon has partnered with technology integrator MicroTech to analyse social media users' engagement with government organizations at the federal, state and local levels.Crimson Hexagon says its ForSight platform provides a real-time view of how engaged online consumers think and feel about brands or issues. MicroTech will use this to offer clients data to influence policy and other decisions.
