UK-based customer experience management (CEM) specialist Nunwood has promoted David Herron to the newly created role of Insight Director.Herron (pictured) joined the firm last year as European Head of Analytics, from Harris Interactive where he was in charge of Marketing Sciences team. Earlier, he worked at Ipsos MORI as Head of Marketing Sciences, as a Research Director at Research in Focus and an Associate Director, Advanced Methods at TNS. He began his career as a Senior Planner with The Planning Business.
In his new role, Herron's brief is to bring 'vision and coherence' to the team. He comments: 'I want to help create a holistic offering that forms a more meaningful information and analysis source through our 5M Transformational Model, but above all, I want to help make Nunwood a really inspirational place to work.'
