Deshaies to Lead Leger Toronto

Canadian polling firm Leger Marketing has appointed Rachelle Deshaies as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of its Toronto office. The firm has also promoted Dave Scholz to the role of Chief Marketing Officer.

Deshaies previously co-founded Toronto-based pharma specialist Researchology, which Leger Marketing acquired in February.

Commenting on the appointment, Jean-Marc Léger said: 'Rachelle Deshaies brings high-level strategic insight, which allows Leger to offer its clients a broader range of services, from market research and technological solutions, to consultancy.'

Scholz joined the company nearly thirteen years ago from Criterion Research, where he worked for eight years, latterly as VP.
