uSamp has announced the newest version of its iPoll mobile app, which it says offers improved performance and a faster, more intuitive in-app user experience.iPoll users earn cash rewards while going about their daily activities - the app uses 'geofencing' technology to notify members when they move within a predetermined radius of a business location, and the new version offers a wider range of surveys or 'missions', covering a broader geographical area.
The upgrade is available for iPhone, with an Android version to follow shortly, and features mission descriptions, icons displaying the types of tasks involved and interactive maps, along with improved formatting to match users' screens. Rewards for missions can be as high as $50, the firm says.
USamp, which boasts a 12 million-member global panel of survey respondents, is based in Encino, California, with five offices in the US, Europe and Asia, staffed by more than 200 employees.
