UK consultancy Brand Potential has appointed Ferrero's former Head of Insight Susie Gaunt as Client Director - Insight & Strategy.Launched in 2010, Windsor-based Brand Potential works with consumers, stakeholders and staff, with services spanning insight, positioning, innovation and delivery.
Gaunt (pictured) joins from Ferrero UK and Ireland, where she worked for more than two years, prior to which she served as Senior Shopper Insight Manager at Cadbury, Strategic Insight Manager at Tesco, and Insight Manager at Manor Bakeries. Earlier, she spent five years at TNS.
