Australian consultancy InfoReady has launched a Marketing Intelligence practice, specialising in multi-channel marketing and analytics, and appointed James Forbes to establish and lead it.Founded in 2008, InfoReady provides a range of data management, business intelligence and marketing analytics services to clients in the telecoms, financial services, utilities and retail sectors, from offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Forbes (pictured) joined the company in February, after nine years in senior positions at Telstra Advertising Network, latterly as GM Marketing & Category Management. Earlier, he served as Senior Product Manager at 3 (UK), and as Marketing Manager at TalkCast.
Forbes says the new division will offer clients 'a range of tools and solutions to capture and track data along the value chain, particularly around customer expectations and experience.'
