Ingather Opens Sensory Facility in Denver

Lakewood, CO-based qualitative and sensory testing specialist Ingather Research has opened new facilities in downtown Denver.

Founded in 2011 by Christine Cook (pictured), Ingather provides what it describes as 'reality' research facilities such as a commercial culinary kitchen and consumer test kitchen setting for sensory testing. The firm can also offer access to a 'home' where participants can cook and/or test food in a real residential kitchen. All facilities are equipped with a wide range of technology including in-house split screens, live streaming and flat screen TVs.

Alongside taste tests, simulated store tests and fragrance testing, Ingather also specializes in in-depth interviews and ethnography tests. Its new 10,800 square feet facility based in the city's historic Rock Island Building, can accommodate a variety of projects for focus groups, product creation and ideation, and mock juries.
