Ipsos Marketing's qual arm Ipsos UU has appointed industry veteran Natalie Hennekam as Account Director in its Melbourne office.Ipsos UU (Understanding Unlimited) focuses on uncovering consumer insights to drive product ideas and business building strategies.
Hennekam (pictured) joins with more than eighteen years' experience of using qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies across a broad range of industries. Most recently, she worked as an AD at GfK, prior to which, she was Group Account Director at research-based planning agency ruby cha cha, a Principal Consultant at MoederKip Consulting, an Account Director at Synovate, and she served as MD of Market Equity in Perth/Adelaide, prior to its acquisition by Synovate. During her career, she also held senior roles at TNS and Stancombe Research & Planning.
Her specific interests include the psychology of consumer and shopper attitudes and behaviours, and relating category issues to broader social trends.
In her new role, Hennekam is joined by recent graduate Andrew Clynes who takes up the role of Account Executive.
