Los Angeles-based tech start-up Bedloo has launched out of beta with an online voting platform, through which users can create their own polls to get instant feedback on things like clothes or songs, or cast their vote on images uploaded by other users.Bedloo was founded earlier this year by Todd Jones, C.Vincent Plummer and Daron Destiny (pictured), who previously held roles in the music, film, TV and tech sectors.
Users select a category for their question, such as fashion, technology or sports, and then upload two different photos or videos, which they then share with their Bedloo contacts, or the firm's entire user base. As votes come in, Bedloo tracks the results and provides a breakdown which includes demographics of voters alongside their opinions.
Destiny (pictured) comments: 'Bedloo is not just your normal voting platform. It is a voting app and web site on steroids ready to take on and satisfy the insatiable 'entertain me' appetite of today's tech-savvy world. People are always looking for new ways to better engage with their social media connections and Bedloo provides just that - a cool new way to interact with friends and family.'
