Retail analytics firm Ugam Solutions has opened a new office in Bangalore, from where it will continue its investments in project management, big data and other analytics technologies.
Founded in 2000, Ugam serves global clients via a team of 1,000-plus based in Mumbai and Coimbatore, India, as well as in New York, Dallas, and London. The firm's services include multi-country and domestic project management, data collection, tabs and analysis, competitive intelligence solutions and predictive analytics.
In Bangalore, the new office will be led by Chief Solutions Officer Navin Dhananjaya (pictured), who joined the firm in June after co-founding Manthan Systems and working as VP of Mu Sigma.
Mihir Kittur, the firm's Chief Innovative Officer, comments: 'A challenge of being a forward-thinking company is continuing to expand our talent pool with the right personnel. We have come to Bangalore to draw on the rich and varied skill-sets and talents that the area is recognized for. We are confident that we will find exceptionally gifted employees to help us develop cutting edge analytical products and solutions.'
