India-based MR technology and operations company Annik has launched a solution called 'Rapid Insights' to enable retailers to gather and respond to in-store customer feedback in real-time.The system operates on a stationery tablet situated at a strategic location in the retail outlet - such as at the customer service desk - where the customer can provide product and service-level feedback through a short survey. Store management can view the resulting data instantly through a dashboard interface, and correct any issues as they occur.
COO Sandeep Bhatia comments: 'With this new 'Voice of Customer' technology, management will not only be able to understand exactly what the customer wants, they will also be able to take corrective action on the spot, based on customer feedback.'
