DIY mobile survey platform SlimSurveys has introduced a new 'widget' which can be added to web sites and used to run real-time customer surveys. The San Diego-based firm, launched in June by the founders of photo sharing site TweetPhoto, offers a platform for mobile device-enabled surveys of no more than seven questions in length, and 30 seconds duration, optimized with simple tap responses through which users only see one question at a time.
The new 'Customer Insights' tool can be added to the lower right-hand corner of a web site so its owners can run surveys without the need for involvement from the technical team.
CEO Sean Callahan comments: 'We are excited about these new improvements and hope to win over more customers from the old-school way of surveying as we grow our product offering.'
