Séverin Naudet, who previously served as the Advisor to the French PM on Internet and multi-media issues, has been appointed Head of Havas-owned social media unit Socialyse, which creates measureable campaigns based on analysis of consumer data.Socialyse combines technology and monitoring tools with the skills of dedicated analysts to measure the impact of social media activity, while also offering a full suite of social media communications across paid, earned and owned media.
In his most recent role, for the French PM, Naudet (pictured) led e-government and e-administration reforms. Before this, he was Director of Content at French video-sharing web site Dailymotion, Advisor for Cultural Industries & Media to the French Minister of Culture & Communications, and ran his own publishing and music production company in Paris and New York. He began his career at Virgin Music.
