US Hires for Hall and Partners

Ad and brand research specialist Hall & Partners has appointed Marc DeCongelio as Qualitative Research Director, and Frank Harrison as Research Director, Health. Both are based in New York.

DeCongelio has more than a dozen years' experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech and device clients on tactical and strategic market research, most of them specializing in oncology at his most recent firm, P/S/L.

Harrison joins from qual boutique agency Sommer Consulting, where he was EVP, helping to grow the business and manage key clients.

Last month, the company rolled out a Global 'Storytelling' team, led by Ashley Walker, to help client-facing staff translate big data insights into 'visually interesting' ways to share a client's story. It has also been recruiting senior staff, including a Chief Strategic Officer, an Innovation head and further European and US leaders, in addition to promoting four new Partners.
