London-based research firm YouthSight continues to expand with the appointment of Josephine Hansom as Head of Brand, Policy and Professional research, plus other appointments and an office move.
The agency specialises in research among the youth, student and young professional sectors, runs the 124,000-strong OpinionPanel community and in August spun off its co-creation tool Bright Young Minds into a separate business giving clients access to the 'top 25%' of skilled young people.
Hansom joins after nearly seven years at GfK, first as a Qualitative Research Manager and then as an AD with global responsibility for digital innovation.
Meanwhile Panel Services team manager Tatenda Musesengwa is expanding his responsibilities with a promotion to the new role of Client Services Director; Katie-Rose Gilmore has joined as a Project Executive and Esme Mathieson as an Account Manager focused on promoting the firm's Student, Youth and Young Professional omnibuses.
MD Ben Marks says Hansom is 'a skilled and hugely experienced researcher with expertise in digital methods' and Musesengwa 'an excellent communicator and connector with strong strategic capabilities'. He adds: 'Katie-Rose and Esme have made a superb start in the Panel Services team'.
