Canadian firm Leger Metrics has introduced a mobile reporting platform called CIM Mobile, for users who spend most of their time in the field and need to view customer feedback response in real-time.Known as Agility Metrics until its acquisition by market research firm Leger in 2012, the company specializes in voice-of-the-customer and customer experience management solutions, and offers continuous customer feedback and real-time insights.
The new CIM Mobile solution, available for iPhone/iPad, Android, BlackBerry or any web-enabled tablet device, allows users to view individual customer answers and comments; consult dashboards and view survey results and scorecard reports; and filter results by department, store, district or region.
