Leeds-based MR agency Swift Research has partnered with Amarach Research in Dublin, to launch a low-cost omnibus-type service called 'Ten-4-Ten'. The package allows clients to add ten 'key' questions to a nationwide consumer survey and also run four focus groups.The new fixed-price service has been developed to help retailers and manufacturers seeking new customers, launching new products, or wanting to better understand their competitors' customers.
Alison Flannery (pictured), MD of Swift Research, explains: 'Swift and Amarach survey thousands of consumers in Britain and Ireland every month, as well as running dozens of focus groups. Using our extensive network of interviewers, panels and telephone survey centres, we customise the research in order to minimise costs and maximise value for our customers.'
