Online gaming site eBet has acquired gaming and hospitality sector business intelligence (BI) firm CDOL for an initial cash payment of $350k, with a further $350k payable over the next three years, subject to sales targets being achieved.CDOL, which generates annual revenues of about $1.2m, stores and analyses financial, gaming, membership and market data across the sector. eBet says the acquisition will enhance its gaming systems product by providing clients with 'state-of-the-art' BI capabilities.
Commenting on the deal, eBet CEO and MD Tony Toohey (pictured) comments: 'Our clients will now have access to a unique and full suite of business intelligence tools including data mining, data visualisation and data analytics. This acquisition supports our strategy of providing clients with the most advanced systems and products to develop their businesses.'
