St Louis-based Q&A specialist Answers Corporation has launched a product review platform called Shopper Ratings, to enable brands and retailers to tap into feedback from their customers.The firm's proprietary Answers Cloud Services (ACS) help clients to measure and analyze the customer experience and predict future customer behavior. In December, Answers Corp acquired customer experience measurement and predictive analytics specialist ForeSee Results, in a deal reportedly valued at more than $200m.
The new Shopper Ratings tool has been developed to deliver product insights through multiple channels, including review submission forms on a web site's product pages, and branded post-purchase e-mails sent directly to customers.
