Health information and management solutions firm ZirMed has acquired California-based Intelligent Healthcare, which offers a proprietary population health management analytics platform. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.Intelligent Healthcare aggregates and analyzes data from a number of healthcare information systems, helping clients to create physician scorecards on quality measures, draw up patient engagement programs, and identify care co-ordination opportunities. ZirMed will integrate these services into its own technologies.
