Multi-screen measurement firm Rentrak has announced that former Harte-Hanks CEO Richard Hochhauser is stepping down from its Board of Directors on August 13th.
Hochhauser (pictured) joined the Board in 2009, after a career which included serving as President and CEO of direct marketing giant Harte-Hanks, where he worked for 32 years after beginning his career in the firm's market research division.
Rentrak's non-Executive Chairman of the Board Brent Rosenthal comments: 'On behalf of Rentrak, I would like to thank Richard for his service over the past five years. His leadership and guidance were influential in transforming Rentrak, and he played a key role in the ongoing development of our strategic vision, while at the same time maintaining a keen focus on corporate governance.'
At Rentrak's 2014 annual meeting of shareholders, Patricia Gottesman will stand for election to serve as a member of the company's Board of Directors. Gottesman spent 29 years with Cablevision Systems in senior product, marketing and operations positions before becoming President and CEO of social media monitoring firm Crimson Hexagon. She is currently Chairman of the Advisory Board of Publicis-owned qualitative analytics and marketing science division Ninah.
