Consumer specialist Firefish has appointed former 2CV exec Sam Elphinstone as Group Head of its Quantitative division, the Numbers Lab.
With offices in London, Amsterdam and New York, Firefish offers a combination of 'deep understanding of people' with expertise in brands, communication and culture. As well as The Numbers Lab, the group includes family, kids and teens specialist The Pineapple Lounge, and in-house sister company Firefilms, which uses film and technology as part of the research process.
Elphinstone (pictured) joins with thirteen years' industry experience. Most recently, he worked at Cello-owned consumer specialist 2CV as Head of the Consumer Experience Research team. He joined 2CV in 2009, when it launched an experiential marketing evaluation division - 2CV EXP - in partnership with his own firm, Phoenix Research.
