Online MR software company Confirmit has launched a new solution called 'Confirmit Genius' for text and social media analytics.Confirmit's new solution is available in two units: Confirmit Genius Text Analytics and Confirmit Genius Social Analytics - and has been developed to help clients gather insights from large volumes of unstructured feedback and content. The solution uses advanced statistical techniques to assign categories and determine sentiment by category for all types of unstructured text, including verbatim survey responses, social media feedback, web analytics, call centre records and CRM data.
