In Texas, Tim Glowa and Garry Spinks have launched a full service MR and analytics firm called Bug Insights, offering a range of research methodologies such as focus groups, A/B testing, data mining and trade-off analysis.Glowa joins from Aon Hewitt where he has spent almost eight years as a Consultant, conducting ad hoc customer and employee listening studies. Prior to this, he was Market Research Manager at Reliant Energy, President of his own agency North Country Research, and he held research roles at Canadian Airlines and Advanis. Spinks also worked at Aon Hewitt, prior to which he held business development roles at UnitedHealth, Sibson/Segal, Arthur Andersen and Hewitt Associates.
Spinks says the new firm will work with organizations to help 'optimize their data and outcomes' based on the belief that 'better data leads to actionable results and better decisions.'
